公司可持續發展工作由董事長領導，以推動聯合國2030可持續發展目標（SDGs）為目標，在管理層設立可持續發展委員會，由集團品牌管理部門牽頭統籌，製定公司可持續發展的方針政策，持續完善可持續發展管理框架，將可持續發展議題融入到各業務過程中，全面提升公司可持續發展體系化建設。
