# 隆基荣登2023《财富》中国ESG影响力榜 -隆基绿能

5月5日，2023年《財富》中國ESG影響力榜揭曉。隆基綠能憑借在ESG領域的持續耕耘和突出表現榮登榜單，也是自該榜單創立以來，隆基連續第二年上榜。

2023年《財富》中國ESG影響力榜是自去年《財富》創立這一榜單之後第二次製榜，通過申報製的形式鼓勵更多的中國公司收集並披露高質量的ESG數據。該榜單在製榜時遵循兩個原則：一、數據與案例相結合，數據提交的完整程度是製榜的重要參考因素；二、優先圍繞與行業性質高度相關的議題做行業內部比較，再做跨行業比較。此外，企業的規模或行業地位也是製榜時的重要考慮因素。

「上榜的40家中國企業在改善環境、保護員工、支持社區上做出了卓越的努力，共同探索著持續且包容的增長之路。」《財富》表示，不同於傳統的財務指標，ESG聚焦於公司的環境、社會和治理責任，作為一種帶有進步色彩的價值觀，在過去十多年裏備受商業世界推崇。ESG理念的背後，是人類對商業世界一種更高的寄望——不僅要創造利潤，也要在環境、健康、平等這些事關人類福祉的重大議題上展示更強的參與意願和行動力。

自該榜單創立以來，隆基綠能連續第二年上榜。《財富》認為，作為全球光伏行業領先企業，隆基綠能以其單晶太陽能發電產品及其解決方案推動著世界經濟的低碳化能源變革。

剛剛披露的《隆基綠能2022年可持續發展報告》顯示，隆基2012年以來生產的光伏產品達290GW，截至2022年底累計輸出的清潔電力超過1,148,287GWh，按照IEA全球電網平均排放因子估算，相當於避免了5.36億噸的二氧化碳排放，占到2022年全球能源相關碳排放總量的1.4%，同時在生產運營中使用了42億kWh可再生電力，體現了隆基積極踐行Solar for Solar倡議，助力全球氣候行動和可持續發展的積極貢獻。

2022年，隆基綠能發起「供應鏈綠色夥伴賦能計劃」，向超過480家供應商碳賦能。建設中的保山「零碳工廠」綠色電力使用比例已達99.09%，節能技改項目穩步推進。此外，公司通過搭建領導力賦能、專業能力賦能、校招生培養、國際化賦能、文化融入賦能等培養項目體系，來全面打造分層分類的員工培訓體系，2022年員工培訓超過29萬人次。
