# 隆基商業行為準則-隆基綠能

《商業行為準則》列出了隆基在合規方面所致力於承擔的基本原則和責任，適用於隆基的所有董事、高級管理人員及員工。對隆基而言，實現最終的商業價值固然重要，但實現的過程與所采用的方式也同樣重要。隆基要求所有的員工各擔其任、各負其責，並將《商業行為準則》的內容內化於心、外化於行，有必要在任何情況下，均需采取符合隆基核心價值觀的行為準則，維護隆基、各位隆基人及利益相關方的利益和榮譽。
