At the 16th China International New Energy Exposition (NEX 2022) in Xi'an, LONGi released news that the company's research and development team had made a major breakthrough. According to the latest certification report of Hamelin Solar Energy Research Institute (ISFH) in Germany, the conversion efficiency of silicon heterojunction (HJT) solar cells independently developed by LONGi reached 26.81%. This is the latest world record since the Japanese company set a single crystal silicon solar efficiency record of 26.7% in 2017.
Constantly breaking new records of silicon solar cell efficiency confirms LONGi's determination to continuously focus on photovoltaic technology research and development and promote the progress of the new energy industry.
