# Dyness Declaración contra las infracciones

Recientemente nos ha llamado la atención un grave problema de infracción y fraude. Según algunos de los usuarios finales de Dyness, han encontrado un sitio web falso： https://www.dynessbattery.co.za/ con el logotipo Dyness bajo el nombre Dynessbattery. El sitio web intenta atraer y engañar a los usuarios utilizando el logotipo Dyness , publicando productos Dyness y robando fotos y descripciones de texto del antiguo sitio web Dyness .

Obviamente, están utilizando la falsa marca Dyness con fines lucrativos, lo que también constituye una grave infracción de los derechos de propiedad intelectual de Dyness.

Dyness no aprueba este comportamiento ilegal y está tomando medidas contra este fraude. Quienquiera que esté detrás de esto tiene que dejar de infringir la propiedad intelectual de Dyness y de engañar a la gente inmediatamente. No dejaremos piedra sin remover y haremos todo lo necesario para combatir este comportamiento ilegal por todos los medios legales lo antes posible, antes de que más personas sean estafadas.
