# 隆基绿能2023年黑名单供应商公告

为建立良好的供应链生态，促进供应商诚信履约，保证产品质量、服务水平，依据隆基绿能《供应商退出管理办法》、《供应商声明》、《供应商行为准则》的有关规定，已对2023年合作过程中出现的围串标、弄虚作假、商业贿赂行为的62家供应商拉入黑名单处理,在隆基绿能全集团范围内永不复用。具体情况如下：

隆基绿能一直坚持"阳光合作"理念，持续打造公平、公正、透明的合作环境，希望携手全球优质合作伙伴，共建业界领先、可持续发展的绿色供应链生态圈！

**在此特别强调，如供应商有出现以下行为，隆基绿能会将其拉入黑名单，同时保留进一步追责和赔偿的权利：**

1) 在招投标和采购过程中存在围串标、故意隐瞒关联关系、非法以他人名义投标或以其他方式弄虚作假骗取中标的行为；

2) 在中标后无正当理由弃标或未按约定签订采购合同，且未提前给出书面通知，经沟通后仍不予改善；

3) 严重违反投标承诺或合同约定，如提高价格、降低质量、拖延工期或长期不按期供货等不诚信、弄虚作假行为；

4） 违反《供应商声明》及《隆基供应商CSR行为准则》中所禁止行为;

5) 供应商主体及相关方对隆基和隆基客户采用非法或不正当手段影响生产经营活动或品牌声誉造成恶劣影响；

6) 在合作期间，存在其他违反与我司采购业务相关国家法律法规的，以及被国家监管部门列入"严重违法失信企业名单"。

请各位供应商严格遵守隆基供应商管理要求，紧密合作，携手并进!
