# COP27重在落实，减碳加氢进行时 - 隆基绿能

11月6日至18日，为期两周的2022年联合国气候变化大会第27次缔约方会议（COP27）在埃及的红海度假胜地沙姆沙伊赫(Sharm El-Sheikh)举办，因此本次大会又叫“非洲的气候大会”。作为全球气候变化的最高级别会议，每年气候变化大会都将对各个国家及行业的政策走向及绿色发展影响重大。

联合国秘书长António Guterres在COP27开幕式上表示：“我们正在通往气候地狱的高速公路上，而我们的脚正踩在油门上。面对这场全球危机，人类必须合作。”

埃及作为今年的东道主，会议中充分展现出以非洲为代表国，在能源转型、碳排放、环境治理等方面的急迫诉求。目前非洲各国已将国内生产总值的4%用于应对气候变化，然而，对于现阶段严峻的气候变化趋势来讲，依然“杯水车薪”，因此呼吁并增加对中低收入国家融资是当务之急。气候变化是全人类面临的共同挑战，本次大会，隆基绿能发布了《 2022隆基气候行动白皮书》，[隆基氢能](https://www.longi.com/cn/products/hydrogen/)也签署发布了《清洁能源提升非洲电力可及性埃及倡议》并且通过参与各领域多边会议为全球绿色低碳发展以及实现零碳未来积极建言献策。

当前，非洲大陆正在经历气候变化的严重影响，干旱、洪水等极端天气在非洲大陆肆虐。非洲之角正面临数十年来最严重的干旱。为让人人享有平等的可再生能源，隆基作为全球范围内可再生能源龙头企业，与研究机构、金融机构以及国际多边组织一同努力，共同促进非洲可再生能源的本地化发展，推动非洲以低碳的发展方式实现经济社会现代化。
